Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, return it in like-new condition within 45 days. We will refund your purchase price (minus a 15 percent processing charge) or apply a full credit towards another purchase. Books, audio and video tapes, CDs, computer software, foods, custom, professional and special order products are not returnable unless defective or unless noted. Return any defective merchandise for a prompt replacement.
